- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Water for kneading
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center.

Add the eggs into the well and slowly mix them into the flour using a fork or your hands.

Once the dough starts to come together, transfer it onto a clean surface and knead for about 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.

If the dough feels too dry, add a little bit of water; if it feels too sticky, add a little bit of flour.

Divide the dough into four equal portions. Cover them with a damp cloth and let rest for about 30 minutes.

Take one portion of dough and roll it out into a thin sheet using a rolling pin or a pasta machine.

Cut the rolled-out dough into desired shapes, such as fettuccine or spaghetti.

Let the pasta dry for a few minutes before cooking, or you can freeze it for future use.

To cook, bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 2-3 minutes until al dente.
