How To Make Asparagus Cream Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz of pasta
- 1 lb of asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce.

Serve the asparagus cream pasta hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
