How To Make Asparagus, Chilli & Feta Farfalle

Ingredients
- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the asparagus and chili slices, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the asparagus is tender but still crisp.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and crumble the feta cheese over the pasta. Stir gently to mix everything together.

Serve the asparagus, chilli & feta farfalle hot and enjoy!
