How To Make Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites with Potatoes
Rich in fragrant herbs, these steak bites with potatoes dish features flavorful and tender cubed sirloin steaks, for an easy and filling 25-minute meal.

Ingredients
- 1tbspolive oil
- 2tbspbutter,divided
- 1lbyukon gold potatoes,sliced about ½-inch in thickness
- 3garlic cloves,minced
- 1tspthyme,chopped
- 1tsprosemary,chopped
- 1tsporegano,chopped
- 1¼lbssirloin steaks,cut into 1-inch cubes
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter, potatoes, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and oregano.

Cook for about 3 minutes, stir and cook and an additional 3 minutes until fork tender. Remove and set aside on a plate.

Turn the skillet to high heat. Add the remaining butter and steak bites. Let the steak sear for 1 minute and then continue to stir the steak until they are golden brown.

Top the steak with fresh chopped herbs. Serve and enjoy.
