Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and eggs. Pour the sauce mixture into the meat mixture and mix until combined.

Transfer the meat mixture into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
