Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb patties and cook for about 7-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness.

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns.
