Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups Napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions

In a bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add Napa cabbage, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.

Gently drop the meatballs into the boiling broth. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.

Stir in sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve the soup hot, garnished with cilantro.
