How To Make Cheesy Meatball Bake
This satisfying cheesy meatball bake is an easy meal, made with tender ground beef, broiled in tomato sauce with a blanket of melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 1lbground beef,90% lean
- 1tspgarlic,minced
- ¼cupparmesan cheese,finely grated
- ¼cupbreadcrumbs
- 1egg
- 1tspkosher salt
- ½tspground black pepper
- ¼cupmilk
- cooking spray
- 2cupsmarinara sauce
- 2cupsmozzarella cheese,shredded
- 2tbspparsley,chopped
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix together until thoroughly blended.

Preheat the broiler. Coat the bottom of a 9 or 10-inch skillet with cooking spray.

Form the meatballs into approximately 1½ inches in diameter, then place the meatballs in a single layer in the pan.

Broil for 8 to 10 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on top. Drain off any fat or liquid in the pan.

Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs, then sprinkle the cheese over the sauce.

Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned.

Sprinkle with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
