Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish and serve hot.
