Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Preheat the barbecue grill to medium heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

Thread the meatballs onto the soaked wooden skewers.

In a small bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.

Brush the meatball kebabs with the sauce mixture.

Place the kebabs on the preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with more sauce.
