How To Make Asian Turkey Meatballs with Lime Cilantro Sauce
Baked with ginger, scallion, cilantro, and sesame oil, these turkey meatballs are best with the DIY lime-cilantro dip. Can be served with rice or noodles.

Ingredients
- ¼cuppanko crumbs
- 1¼lbsground turkey,93% lean
- 1large egg
- 1tbspginger,minced
- 1garlic clove,minced
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼cupfresh cilantro,chopped
- 3scallions,chopped
- 1tbspsoy sauce,low sodium
- 2tspsesame oil
For the Dipping Sauce:
- 3tbspsoy sauce,reduced-sodium
- 1½tspsesame oil
- 1½tbspfresh lime juice
- 1½tbspwater
- 1tbspfresh scallion,chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, panko, egg, salt, scallions, garlic, ginger, cilantro, 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil.

Gently mix with your hands until combined well.

Shape meatballs ¼ cup in size and transfer to a baking sheet.

Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
Dipping Sauce:

Mix the lime juice, water, soy sauce, and remaining 2 teaspoons of oil in a bowl.

Add the scallions and set aside.

Transfer the meatballs to a serving dish.

Stir the sauce, then drizzle the meatballs with a little of the sauce.

Serve the meatballs with the remaining sauce on the side.
