Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- sesame seeds, for garnish
- chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions

In the Instant Pot, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and water.

Add chicken thighs to the Instant Pot and coat them with the sauce mixture.

Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to Manual/Pressure Cook mode for 10 minutes.

Once the cooking time is up, do a quick release of pressure.

Remove the chicken from the Instant Pot and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry.

Switch the Instant Pot to Sauté mode and stir in the cornstarch slurry.

Cook the sauce until thickened.

Return the chicken to the Instant Pot and coat it with the thickened sauce.

Serve the honey-garlic chicken over steamed rice.

Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
