Ingredients
- 2 lbs flank steak
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Season the flank steak with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and ground cumin.

Select the sauté function on the Instant Pot and heat some oil. Sear the flank steak on both sides until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.

Deglaze the pot with the beef broth, scraping any browned bits from the bottom.

Place the flank steak back into the pot. Add Worcestershire sauce.

Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes, and then quick release any remaining pressure.

Shred the flank steak using two forks.

Serve the tender shredded flank steak with the cooking liquid as a sauce.
