- 4 pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Select the “Saute” function on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil.

Brown the pork chops on both sides for about 3-4 minutes per side.

In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, honey, and soy sauce.

Pour the mixture over the pork chops in the Instant Pot.

Close the Instant Pot lid and set the vent to “Sealing.”

Select the “Manual” or “Pressure Cook” function and set the timer for 10 minutes.
