- 4 lamb shoulder chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions

Season the lamb shoulder chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.

Preheat the Instant Pot on sauté mode and add a drizzle of oil.

Sear the lamb shoulder chops on both sides for 2-3 minutes until browned.

Remove the lamb from the Instant Pot and set aside.

Pour beef broth into the Instant Pot and deglaze the bottom by scraping off any browned bits.
