- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions

Wash and halve the baby potatoes.

In the Instant Pot, add the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried rosemary, dried thyme, and paprika. Stir to combine.

Add the halved potatoes to the Instant Pot and toss to coat them evenly with the garlic mixture.

Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick release of the pressure.

Preheat the oven to broil.

Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
