How To Make Mahimahi Burger
Mahimahi burger is grilled fish fillet that’s been marinated in an Asian-inspired sauce, grilled, and served on potato buns with lettuce and tomato.
Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Marinate Time: 30 minutes
Total: 1 hour

Ingredients
- 1mahimahi fillet
- 2tbspmiso soy mirin
- tspkosher salt
- tspground black pepper
- 1tbspcitrus soy glaze
- 1potato bun
- 1½tspbutter
- 1tbspmiso soy mayo
- 1leaf butter lettuce
- 1slicebeefsteak tomato
Instructions

Marinate fish in Miso Soy Mirin for 30 minutes and no more than 8 hours. Wipe marinade off of fish, and season with salt and pepper

Grill skin side up (skin removed)

Once turned over, continue cooking until done.

Place on a plate and brush with Citrus Soy Glaze.

Split, butter, and grill or toast potato bun.

Place fish on bun bottom.

Spread Miso Soy Mayo on bun top.

Place lettuce and tomato on bun top and serve open-faced.
