Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Onion slices
- Tzatziki sauce for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, onion, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.

Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
