Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion slices
Instructions

Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, feta cheese, parsley, red onion, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into patties.

Place a small amount of additional feta cheese in the center of 4 patties, then top with remaining patties.

Press edges together to seal and form a stuffed patty.

Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F for medium doneness.

Toast hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
