- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Romaine lettuce leaves
- Caesar dressing
- Shaved Parmesan cheese
- Croutons
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Shape the mixture into 4 patties.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
