How To Make Brown Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1cupshort grain brown rice,uncooked
- Cooking spray
- 1large egg,scrambled
- 1egg white,scrambled
- 4large scallions,chopped
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 1tomato,chopped
- 2tspsoy sauce,or more to taste
- 1tspfish sauce
Instructions

Cook the brown rice according to package directions.

When the rice is cooked, spray a heated nonstick wok with spray oil, then add the eggs.

Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until done. Set aside.

Spray more oil on the wok, then add the scallions, tomatoes and garlic.

Sauté for 1 minute, then add the rice.

Add the soy sauce and fish sauce, then stir to mix.

Keep stirring for a few minutes, then add the cooked scrambled eggs.

Mix well for another 30 seconds.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
