- 24 fresh oysters
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Heat vegetable oil in a large, deep skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Dip each oyster into the flour mixture, then place them carefully into the hot oil.

Fry the oysters for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Remove the oysters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
