How To Make Chinese Chicken Curry
Have a spoonful of this easy, hearty chicken curry, with usual curry ingredients like chicken, potato, carrot, and peas, cooked with curry paste and spices.

Ingredients
- 3tbspoil
- 3cupschicken
- 1tspsalt
- 1tsppepper
- 1⅓cupsonion,chopped
- ¾cupcarrot,chopped
- 1cuppotato,chopped
- 4¼cupswater
- ⅔cuppeas
- ⅔cupcurry paste
Instructions

Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil on low to medium heat.

Sear the chicken until the outside turns golden brown.

Season with salt and pepper.

Take out the chicken, make sure not to clean the pot or some flavor will be wiped away.

Add another 1 tablespoon of oil, fry the onions, carrots, and potatoes until soft.

Add the chicken back in with the water.

Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on.

Add in the peas and curry paste, stir well.

Serve with rice.
