- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.

Gradually whisk in the milk, then add the cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated. Season with salt and black pepper.

Transfer the macaroni and cheese to a baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
