How To Make Triple Threat Cheesy Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can corn kernels, drained
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
