Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional toppings: chopped bacon, diced bell peppers, sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  3. Pour the egg mixture into the greased baking dish. If desired, sprinkle your choice of toppings evenly on top.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set in the center and the top is golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
