Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables have softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, thyme, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Transfer the meatballs to a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top.

Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and the feta cheese is crispy.
