- 4 cups O’Brian potatoes, frozen
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish.

In a large bowl, combine the O’Brian potatoes, cheddar cheese, onion, green bell pepper, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
