- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish.

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.

Add the flour to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth and thickened.

Stir in the cooked macaroni and corn kernels. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
