How To Make Leftover Ham-n-Potato Casserole

- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.

Sprinkle half of the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions over the potatoes.

Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, ham, cheese, and green onions.

In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture over the layered potatoes and ham in the casserole dish.
