How To Make Tex Mex Ground Beef Casserole Recipe

A hearty and spicy Tex-Mex casserole featuring ground beef, beans, corn, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can of black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of corn (15 oz), drained
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 tbsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.

  3. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

  5. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
