A hearty and nutritious casserole with perfectly cooked ground beef and zucchini.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add onion, zucchini, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until zucchini is tender.

Add tomato sauce, stir everything together and let simmer for another 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
