How To Make Ground Beef and Cauliflower Casserole Recipe
A healthy and delicious casserole made with ground beef and cauliflower.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until combined.

Stir in cauliflower rice and cook until softened.

Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
