- 1 box (7.25 oz) macaroni and cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

Cook the macaroni according to package directions, then drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and the cheese powder from the macaroni and cheese box.

Add the cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl, then mix until well combined.

Spoon the macaroni mixture evenly into the muffin tin.

In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of each mac and cheese muffin.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and set.
