- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 8 hot dogs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
