How To Make Cheesy Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cooked zucchini mixture. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat with the remaining zucchini and cheese.

In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread crumbs are golden brown.

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
