Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread, crusts removed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup diced ham
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Cut the bread into cubes and place half of them in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the cheese, bacon, and ham over the bread. Repeat with the remaining bread, cheese, bacon, and ham.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the bread and toppings in the baking dish.

Cover the dish with foil and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight.

When ready to bake, remove the dish from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake the casserole, covered with foil, for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Slice into squares and enjoy!
