Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 4 sausages, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large baking dish, combine the cauliflower, kale, sausages, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the sausages are cooked through.
