Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cans (10 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, frozen peas, chopped onion, chopped celery, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the cooked egg noodles to the tuna mixture and gently toss to combine.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the panko bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.
