Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
