Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, curry powder, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into 4 squares.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto one half of each square. Fold the other half of the square over the filling and press the edges together to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.

Place the patties onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops of the patties with the beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the patties are golden brown and cooked through.

Allow the patties to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
