How To Make Broiled Salmon Fillets

- 4tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1tbspsoy sauce
- 2tsplemon zest
- ½tspblack pepper
- salt and,to taste
- 4salmon fillets,(6 oz each)
- 1tbspfresh parsley,minced, to garnish
Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, lemon zest, and black pepper.

Gently season the salmon filets with salt and pepper to taste. Add in the salmon, toss to combine and evenly coat.

Adjust the oven rack 6-inches from the top and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Add the salmon, skin side down, to the baking sheet.

Broil for about 8 to 12 minutes or until the salmon has reached your desired doneness.

Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Recipe Notes
