Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork shoulder, cut into cubes
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides.

  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until fragrant.

  3. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.

  4. Cover the pot and let simmer on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
