How To Make Chicken Skewers with Broad Bean Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can broad beans, drained
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.

Grill the chicken skewers for about 7-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, prepare the broad bean hummus by combining the drained broad beans, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve the grilled chicken skewers with the broad bean hummus on the side.
