- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
-
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to make the dry rub.
-
Rub the dry rub all over the rib tips, coating them evenly.
-
Place the seasoned rib tips on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
-
In a separate bowl, mix the barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar.
-
Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the rib tips, making sure they are well coated.
-
Cover the baking sheet or roasting pan tightly with foil.
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the rib tips are tender and the meat easily pulls away from the bone.

Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).

Return the uncovered rib tips to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sauce caramelizes and becomes sticky.
-
Remove from the oven and let the rib tips rest for a few minutes before serving.
-
Serve hot and enjoy!
