How To Make Mom’s “Sweet ‘n Sours” Pork Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of pork ribs
- 1 cup of ketchup
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the pork ribs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, making sure they are fully coated.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and baste the ribs with the sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the sauce has thickened.
