How To Make Grilled Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Coat the chicken well and let it marinate for at least 20 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.

Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
