Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork shoulder
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns, for serving
Instructions

Preheat your grill or smoker to a temperature of 225°F.

In a bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the barbeque sauce.

Rub the pork shoulder with salt and pepper, then place it on the grill or smoker.

Cook the pork shoulder for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F and the meat is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

While the pork is cooking, baste it with the barbeque sauce every hour to keep it moist and enhance the flavor.

Once cooked, remove the pork shoulder from the grill or smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Shred the pork using two forks, then toss it in the remaining barbeque sauce.
