Ingredients
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 1 bunch of bok choy, chopped
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Place the sea bass fillets in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them.

Toss the bok choy, asparagus, and bell pepper in any remaining sauce and arrange them around the sea bass fillets.

Season everything with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Serve the sea bass and greens traybake garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
