Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
-
In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and water. Simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
-
Place the pork ribs on a baking sheet and brush the glaze over them, reserving some for later.
-
Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 1 hour, basting with the glaze every 15 minutes.
-
Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). Brush the ribs with the remaining glaze and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
-
Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
